Job Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administrative aspects of our warehouse operations. This includes managing inventory records, processing orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including data entry and stock tracking.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to arrange deliveries and shipments.
• Handle and resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Prepare and maintain various warehouse reports and documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the location.
