  3. Payment and Billing:

    • Employers agree to pay applicable fees for job postings according to the selected pricing plan.
    • Payment is processed securely through our platform, and fees are non-refundable once a job posting is published.
    • JobsMate may offer promotional pricing or discounts at its discretion, subject to terms specified during the promotional period.
  4. Candidate Interaction:

    • Employers agree to use JobsMate's messaging and communication features responsibly and professionally when interacting with candidates.
    • Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards candidates is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
  5. Privacy and Data Protection:

    • Employers acknowledge and agree to JobsMate's Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data.
    • JobsMate takes measures to protect the privacy and security of employer information and candidate data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Termination of Service:

    • JobsMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate an employer's account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by JobsMate.

    • By registering, job seekers agree to provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and job applications.
  2. Job Applications:

    • Job applications must not contain false, misleading, or plagiarized information.
    • Job seekers understand that their applications may be shared with employers for consideration and agree to receive communication from JobsMate regarding their applications.

    • Job seekers acknowledge and agree to JobsMate's Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data.
    • JobsMate respects the privacy of job seekers and takes measures to protect their personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Job Alerts and Notifications:

    • Job seekers may opt-in to receive job alerts and notifications based on their preferences.
    • JobsMate strives to deliver relevant job opportunities to job seekers but does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any specific job listing.
  5. Prohibited Activities:

    • Job seekers agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior while using JobsMate's platform.
